LOKET.com is Indonesia's largest event ticketing platform, the web entry point for millions of people looking for concerts, festivals, and live experiences. Over the years the platform had grown significantly, but the home experience hadn't kept up. What was meant to help users find events faster had quietly become harder to navigate than it needed to be.
WHERE IT STARTED
When we looked at the heatmap, it was the first signal something was off. Most activity clustered around the search bar and the top of the page, with almost nothing happening below. Users weren't scrolling, and the sections built to drive exploration were barely getting any attention at all.
